PhenoLink Module - Phenotypes

The PhenoLink module allows navigation within the Human Phenotype Ontology (HPO), a biomedical ontology that allows the user to define, in a codified manner, the phenotype of a patient and accessible via the OLS REST API (Ontology Lookup Service). Through the objective examination (Examination module) and the neuro-muscular examination (NeuroExam module) it is possible to assign and save codes for the patient that describe his clinical phenotype. The assigned codes are listed in the PhenoLink module and can be explored in the context of the ontology via tree and graph views. Furthermore, in PhenoLink, for each code the patients to which it has been assigned are displayed.
